In the first part of the presentation, we introduce a selection of the many resources and publications available to support discussions around construction in development cooperation — offering deeper insight into specific areas.
Next, the presentation explores crucial topics like needs assessment, roles and responsibilities, communication, and partnerships. While these issues may not seem directly related to building, they often have a greater impact on a project’s success than design decisions or material choices.
Finally, three non-profit organizations from Peru and Ghana are featured, offering a look into their work and how they approach construction projects.
