What is this presentation about?

This video presents a primary school project in the village of Darmang, Ghana, and covers the entire project timeline — from the initial discussions and preliminary design to construction and site supervision. It also shares valuable lessons learned on issues like the use of alternative materials, building techniques, erosion control, water access, and more. The project is very well documented, thanks in part to one or two volunteers who spent six months on site, supporting and monitoring the entire effort.

The project consists of six classrooms and a toilet building and was carried out in collaboration with the local organization VPWA . It was completed in 2018 with a total budget of €72,000.
